When set up like this, it is a commercial residence so you can use a commercial mortgage to buy it. Unlike restrictive residential mortgages, there are infinite possibilities with commercial mortgages, the choices open up and you can attract your dream home.
You can also attract an investor for the deposit and any renovations necessary, with the intention of repaying them in the short to medium term. So you don't even need to have any money for the deposit.
